Does your kid have trouble keeping up with the pace? Is learning new things at school difficult? Or does it feel insecure when it is playing a game of soccer or hide and seek with friends? Fit4Kids Amsterdam is a special training program for children living in Amsterdam in the age between 3 and 16 years old.
Learning new skills
In a group together with other children your kid will learn a good and healthy way of exercising. Guided by a coach your kid learns how to use its body by playing simple games. Through being in motion the muscles will get stronger and your kid will not get tired that easily anymore. Maybe your kid was also a bit clumsy before, not being able to hit the ball straight or tumbling over his or her own feet. By being active at least two times a week with the coach it will learn new skills. Skills that will make your kid feel more confident about itself.
Feeling fit, healthy and happy
In the program your child does exercises under supervision of a physiotherapist. Two times a week your child attends a training. After a few months a change can be seen and in the end your kid might even be able to go to a sports club in the neighbourhood. The aim of Fit4Kids is to make your kid feel fit, healthy and happy. By learning good ways to exercise, having fun in playing games and by keeping an eye on eating healthy. All these things we achieve together with you and your kid.
